Day 1-4 (Online Sessions) - The Art and Science of Mixology:
In the online portion of the course, you'll dive into the fundamental concepts, techniques, and history of mixology. Engage in interactive virtual classes led by renowned industry experts and master mixologists. Topics covered include:

Alcohol origin, Flavor profiles, Over 50 recipes, Mixing techniques, innovation and adaption, creative garnishing.

On day 5,
We will make 5-10 of the cocktails we learned, using the techniques that we learned and then we will test.
